No way in hell can anyone be involved in dance and not know who Mikhail Baryshnikov is. Mischa pushed dance into new terrains with his dynamic dancing and animal presence. Flawless technique and a pure joy to watch. This man has done it all. Classical, modern, film, television, director, and now has his own studio in NYC.

His creativity and commitment are inspirations. I'm one of the ones who loved him from the first, but I had no idea whatall he'd do with his artistry and his celebrity. I think this is an exemplary human being. And, yes, many happy returns of the day!
