GO!

A couple months ago I was approached by my former classmate from NCSA currently a dancer in Company C, her name is Beth Kazmerych whom is a beautiful artist…. A lot of soul. I worked with her on a project a couple years ago with another dancer from SFB so when she asked about my involvement in a show that she and her friend are producing i could not say no. She called and spoke to me about the concept of the show of bringing artist together to collaborate and support each other, which is exactly how I enjoy working. I was impressed with all of the work that has been put into evening even though I was basically non-responsive to the emails. My plate is beyond full this fall, non-the less this is gonna be a great show so I decided to take it on anyways. There will be a handful of other choreographers and dancers from the bay so it will be cool to see what they are up to. For me working with Beth is always a treat plus she’s choreographing too! The evening will be nothing short of fantabolous so please come out in support.

Incubation: Studio G

all of you need readers i am bringing back some old material from Studio G. With these tough economic times one can not afford to be just wasting money on rentals or wasting movement information....... Oh hell no!

This clip was shot in my room about a year ago with the understanding that i will be using the information at a later point with different music and multiple dancers. Now i am currently in the studio working on new material for a May performance using multi-media and i will be bringing this little study that i did in my room back. I made it just for this case. A long time ago while studying composition in school one of my classmates and good friend Kevin Guy told me thats its ok to re use movement that you have made earlier. Not everything has to be new and its not cheating if you never used it in a show before now is it? Ive been doing it ever since and i always have a back catalog to resort back to.

Im back from my vacation.

Batteries charged back up.

I want to thank everyone for they're overwhelming support for the work that i do. I have received a lot of emails from folks expressing to me the satisfaction and inspiration that they get from my work. I still find it weird, but cool too.

Also would like to clear one thing up. When i talk about shooting myself i dont mean it. I have a interesting sense of humor and its all in the name of "shits and giggles".

"This town deserves a better class of artists and im going to give it to them!"

Oh, i know that i posted on another site that i will not be using Radiohead anymore but this is an old joint so go chew on a stick:P

The Cannon Xl 1 is the camera that has been selected for this evenings shoot for Studio G.

I am familiar with this prosumer camera because we shot B-Roll with the same camera in my Video production class through BAVC.

Right now i am at work and excited about the shoot later on tonight with Beth, Dores, Garen and Martyn. I got Jeezy to help assist me with the shooting and rehearsal direct while i set up.
